At More Ó Less, every garment is crafted with meticulous attention to detail and undergoes thorough quality checks before dispatch. In keeping with our commitment to quality and mindful consumption, we follow a strict no-refund policy. However, we do offer exchanges and store credit under the conditions outlined below.
Exchange & Store Credit
We offer a one-time exchange in the event of a sizing concern.
- Exchange requests must be initiated within 7 days from the date of delivery
- You may exchange the item for another size (subject to availability) or opt for store credit
- Store credit is valid for 30 days from the date of issue
- Store credit may be applied to any item available on our website
- Exchanges are permitted only for products of equal or higher value, and any applicable price difference must be paid by the customer
- No cash or bank refunds will be provided
Eligibility for Exchange
To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In original condition with all tags intact
- Returned in original packaging
- Accompanied by valid proof of purchase
- Free from signs of wear, washing, alterations, stains, perfume, deodorant marks, or damage
Sale items, customised pieces, and accessories are not eligible for exchange.
How to Request an Exchange
Please follow the steps below:
- Email or WhatsApp us within 7 days of delivery with your order details and product images
- Our team will review your request and confirm eligibility within 2–3 business days
- Once approved, securely pack the item with original tags and invoice before arranging return shipment as instructed by our team
Returns sent without prior approval from our team will not be accepted.
Damaged, Defective Or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:
- Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
- Share an unboxing video along with clear product images
- Upon verification, eligible claims may receive a replacement, exchange, or store credit at the discretion of More Ó Less
Claims raised beyond 24 hours of delivery may not be eligible for review.
