• Order confirmation will be shared via email upon successful purchase
• Orders are typically dispatched within 7–14 working days
• Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays

During sale periods, promotional events, or collection launches, dispatch timelines may be slightly extended.

Shipping Within India

• Free shipping is available on prepaid orders across India
• Delivery typically takes 3–5 working days after dispatch
• Tracking details will be shared via email or WhatsApp
• COD orders require 20% advance payment confirmation before processing

International Shipping

• International shipping is available for selected locations
• Shipping charges are calculated at checkout
• Delivery timelines may vary between 10–20 working days after dispatch
• Any customs duties, import taxes, or local charges shall be borne by the customer
• Delays caused by customs clearance are beyond our control

Order Modifications & Cancellations

Once an order has been placed, modifications or cancellations cannot be accommodated. Please review your cart and shipping details carefully before confirming your purchase.

Delivery Delays & Failed Deliveries

• Courier, weather-related, or unforeseen delivery delays are beyond our control
• Incorrect or incomplete shipping details may result in additional re-delivery charges
• Returned packages can be re-shipped at the customer’s expense
• Lost shipments will be investigated in coordination with the courier partner
